Position Overview:

The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the service department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient and effective service operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a team, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians and support staff.
• Establish and monitor performance standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
• Develop and implement service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor service metrics and KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of service management principles and practices.
