We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk.
2nd Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM, able to work weekends
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in/check-out guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and requests.
Handle guest feedback and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
