Homewood Suites by Hilton Frederick is part of the Plamondon Hospitality Partners portfolio and wants to add dedicated individuals to our team. Join us as a Hotel Maintenance Technician and become a crucial part of our success by providing essential support in general cleaning and preventative maintenance of our hotel property.
Availability: 2 Day Time shifts, Friday and Saturday. Times may vary based on property needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize prior experience in general maintenance, including exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting, to maintain the hotel property to high standards.
Execute the guest room preventative maintenance and general cleaning program according to the scheduled system.
Diagnose and address basic repairs on various equipment, plumbing, and electrical components, such as lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, and program televisions.
Conduct daily property walk-through inspections to identify and address any areas requiring immediate attention, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.
Provide maintenance inventory updates to engineering management as requested or required.
Ensure compliance with county health department regulations regarding pool operations.
Perform physical tasks including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday, and lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 60 lbs.
