Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef/Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, creativity, from scratch cooking and be able to follow a recipe but also be resourceful.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals, soups, sandwiches, salads and bakedgoods in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Implement menus that are diverse, balanced, and cater to various dietary needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; Serve Safe certified.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask. We do mostly large batch cooking and very little line work.
- Understanding of dietary restrictions and a willingness to taste test all dishes.

- Kitchen: Proficient in various cooking techniques and familiar with kitchen equipment
- Cook: Skilled in preparing a wide range of dishes with precision and creativity and a willingness to learn.
