**Overview:**
We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. This role requires proficiency in bookkeeping tasks such as managing financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts, along with providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
**Duties:**
- Assist in managing office correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data as needed
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Yardi)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with journal entries
