**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst Tier 1-3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our internal users, ensuring smooth operations of our IT systems.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network problems
- Set up and configure workstations for new users
- Maintain and update documentation of IT procedures and configurations
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Ensure security and privacy of data, network access, and backup systems
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure including SonicWall, Ubiquiti, Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, TCP/IP, LAN
- Experience with Datto for issue tracking and resolution
- Familiarity with Mac OS is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
