3. Summary of the opportunity

  • Client Overview : We are hiring for a prominent technology company known for its innovative solutions and global presence.
  • Role Summary : As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to 2 General Managers while handling complex calendar management, expense reporting, purchasing, travel logistics, event coordination, data management, and more.

Your contribution will be vital to the smooth operation of the team.

4. What are the key responsibilities?

  • Provide complex calendar management for 2 General Managers
  • Handle expense reporting
  • Purchase and arrangement of equipment, services, and supplies
  • Arrange travel and logistics for flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and meetings
  • Create purchase orders and process invoices
  • Collaborate on planning and supporting events
  • Manage data related to headcount and office space
  • Track assets
  • Coordinate logistics and provide onboarding support for new employees
  • Assist in preparing communication as required

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?

  • MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :
  • 3 years of experience as a Group Administrator / Administrative Assistant
  • Experience working in a large, international organization
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex calendars on Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • Ability to coordinate national and international travel
  • Ability to work with others, great people skills, ability to work with a large group, and is not afraid to communicate

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with organization and prioritization
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with customer service skill
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to learn.
