Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements for a variety of clients across different industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with GAAP, GAAS, FASB, GASB and other relevant standards.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit procedures.
• Review and approve audit reports, financial statements, and other deliverables.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to audit team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and firm growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit.
• Proven track record of managing audit engagements and client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and provide valuable business insights.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Experience with audit software and technology tools is a plus.
