Cross Talent Solutions is looking to find a Project Manager with a strong background in food manufacturing to spearhead projects in manufacturing plants in either La Crosse, WI or Dubuque, IA region. In this role you will be ensuring meticulous analysis, strategic planning, efficient scheduling, and seamless execution of food production projects. You will oversee the end-to-end process of production projects, adhering to customer specifications and deadlines, forecasting timelines, scheduling projects, determining material quantities, nurturing customer relationships, and coordinating internal facility production processes and personnel.Job Responsibilities:
- Create project plan for all projects and manage to those schedules.
- Run customer and internal productions meetings and see that documentation of meetings is recorded.
- Ensure inventory is ordered properly and accounted for
- Give status reports of all projects to customers and leadership including tracking lists, micro results and yield reports.
- Ensure invoices are generated and help solve any issues.
- Manage and resolve any issues that run contrary to all GMP and Food Safety Guidelines.
- Post High School Education, preferably a Bachelors Degree
- Expertise in project management in a food manufacturing facility
- Experience working with plant related issues like engineering, mechanical issues, and food quality standards
- Knowledge of how product sales and customer experience work with the team
