- Monitor and manage Customer inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with Warehouses to uphold continuous inventory accuracy.
- Monitor incoming Purchase Orders (POs) and collaborate with Procurement/Customer/Warehouse to ensure on-time delivery and receipt of inventory.
- Monitor Raw Material Issue Transactions and FIFO usage for inventory optimization.
- Supervise Material Issue and Production Booking transactions daily, ensuring accurate processing throughout campaigns.
- Conduct rapid cycle counts, button-up, and reconcile inventory post-campaign to ensure precision.
- Manage Customer Inventory Exceptions and promptly address requests, complaints, and issues.
- Coordinate and execute rework projects as needed.
- Oversee the Cycle Counting Process when necessary.
- Assist in the development of processes, tools, and reports to optimize inventory management.
- Previous experience in Inventory/Warehouse management.
- Prior experience in Customer Service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficient in systems and technical skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially MRP and Inventory Control, is preferred.
- High School Degree or Equivalent.
