Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions and support the HR department in day-to-day operations.
Duties:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Support benefits administration and assist employees with inquiries
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in training development and coordination of employee training programs
- Conduct exit interviews and facilitate offboarding processes
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in human resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of SAP, Paychex, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of benefits administration and employment laws
- Excellent administrative skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage social media platforms for HR purposes
- Demonstrated conflict management and project management skills
- Familiarity with recruiting processes and strategies
