In this leadership role, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and day-to-day management of all staffing activities across Eutis Staffing Inc.'s operations in multiple states. You will ensure a seamless and compliant experience for both clients and candidates, while fostering strong client relationships and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, procedures, and initiatives that address client needs and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations (federal, state, and local).
• Oversee all aspects of the staffing process in Jacksonville and across other state offices, including recruitment, salary administration, HR technology, planning, and compliance management.
• Lead and supervise HR staff in Jacksonville, including recruitment, job descriptions, and onboarding. Collaborate with HR staff in other states as needed.
• Manage client relationships, building trust and exceeding expectations, with a focus on clients in the Jacksonville area.
• Utilize strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor staffing projects, ensuring successful client outcomes within budget and deadlines.
• Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to efficiently manage the recruitment process.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage HR information systems, ensuring data security and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments to Eutis Staffing Inc.'s HR practices.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the HR department.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Development, Education, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in HR or a related position, with experience in client relationship management, project management, and compliance management preferred.
• Experience in creating candidate criteria and assessing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree.
• Experience supporting recruiting events.
• Experience with Eutus Staffing Inc.'s specific HR software (if known).
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with relevant employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, ADA, FMLA).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
