Job Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and help ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients..
- Schedule appointments with customers for technician visits.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians.
- Process work orders then invoice clients.
- Perform and assist with general office work (answer phones, provide data entry, filing, etc.).
Experience:
- High school degree (college a plus).
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills with customer focus.
- Able to operate a PC (Microsoft Windows), MS Office, etc.
- Familiarity with handling incoming calls professionally.
- Nice to have (not required): Experience with QuickBooks & Scheduling Software.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday..
- Extra hours Saturdays required during peak times (early spring / late fall).
- Nice to have (not required): Experience with QuickBooks & Scheduling Software.
