Job Title: Human Resource Director
Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's human resources needs, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Human Resource Director will work closely with management to ensure that the company's human resources policies and procedures are in line with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources, including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Administer employee benefits such as paid time off and sick leave
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data
- Provide guidance and support to management on human resources issues and best practices
- Manage payroll and time keeping system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or experience can be substituted with high school diploma or equivalentÂ
- 3 years of experience in human resources management
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeÂ
