The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities at the designated location. This includes managing a team of maintenance technicians, scheduling and prioritizing maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance work does not disrupt operations
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed
• Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety regulations
• Train and develop maintenance technicians

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
• Ability to pass applicable background check

Pay Range:
$24-$26 per hour, plus quarterly bonus.
