Atrium Management Company is a property management/development company with properties located throughout Florida and Virginia. The company has experienced tremendous growth and is looking to align itself with an exceptional Leasing Coordinator. The Atrium Leasing Professional reports directly to the onsite Property Manager, and is expected to make sales, teamwork, and customer service their top priority.
The Leasing Coordinator is responsible for the following duties:
  • Maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs, and follow-up
  • Have complete knowledge of the apartment community and competition in the area
  • Demonstrate amenities, apartment homes, pricing, and close leases
  • Maintain an acceptable closing ratio as directed by Property Manager
  • Greet customers and tour apartment community while listening to and focusing on customer’s preferences
  • Process incoming lease applications, run credit verifications, track all prospective tenants, and follow up on all leads
  • Generate prospect traffic through marketing efforts: community outreach, resident referrals, and property tours
  • Prepare lease documentation and conduct lease signings
  • Minimize vacancy loss by securing leases within 5 business days of move-out
  • Coordinate all move-ins, move-outs, and transfers to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention
  • Handle or assist in lease renewals
  • Shop the competition and assist with preparation of leasing reports and sales and marketing plans
  • Assist Property Manager in achieving net operating income and occupancy goals
  • Act in accordance with all fair housing laws
A successful candidate should:
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be team oriented with ability to work independently on occasion
  • Have experience with property management software
  • Have computer skills: Microsoft word, internet, email, and social media as it pertains to marketing of community
  • Have a high school diploma (some college preferred
  • Have experience within the real estate industry and/or customer service or sales background
  • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and be:
  • self-disciplined
  • positive
  • energetic
  • resourceful
Additional notes:
  • Real estate license is a nice to have
  • Reliable transportation required
  • This is a commission-based sales/marketing opportunity - weekends are required (flex time provided)

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (based upon experience) plus commission
