Atrium Management is Hiring a Maintenance / Service Technician Near Kissimmee, FL
Atrium Management Company is a property management/development company with properties located throughout Florida and Virginia. The company has experienced tremendous growth and is looking to align itself with an exceptional Maintenance/Service Technician. The Maintenance/Service Technician reports directly to the onsite Service Manager or Property Manager and is expected to make teamwork and customer service their top priority. This position will be traveling between our Valencia Isle and Champions chase communities.
- Assist maintenance team by performing general and routine maintenance on the property and in the community, completing work orders daily
- Maintain a service-oriented environment by exhibiting a professional appearance and attitude
- Complete turns to make units ready for new occupancy
- Must be available for on call rotation and work with other service team members and/or office as needed
- Inspect property and community continuously, recording, and correcting deficiencies
- Ensure that all keys are kept properly
- Handle ''on call'' duties whenever needed, carrying a cell phone on a regular basis
- Maintain flexibility between needs of the properties daily
- Completing assignments as given and scheduled by Service Manager and/or Property Managers. This includes, but is not limited to
- Service requests
- Emergency calls
- Move in needs
- Experience with Townhomes is a plus
- HVAC REQUIRED
- Should have 2 years of experience in multi-site, multifamily residential property maintenance or experience working with a team on a property
- Should have computer skills to email effectively
- Should have knowledge in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, masonry and appliance repairs and installation (dishwashers, stoves, refrigerators, etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation (will be traveling between properties), a cell phone, and maintenance tools
- HVAC certification is REQUIRED
