Administrative Assistant at Hopkins and Company
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team of hospitality professionals. 
Hopkins and Company is a boutique hospitality group in Atlanta, Georgia. Guided by Gina and Chef Linton Hopkins, we are a team of dedicated professionals championing integrity and generosity in the restaurant industry. Though no two roles are the same, each individual is connected through a shared commitment to great service, celebrating one another, and serving the highest quality food and beverage available. 

What is the Job? 

As an Administrative Assistant, you will work directly with the entire Hopkins and Company office team. The Administrative Assistant acts as a gracious ambassador to guests and new hires and builds professional connections with our brands and team members. They are an essential role in providing open communication between brand managers, directors, and executives along with vendors, service providers, and wholesale clients. 

What are the responsibilities? 

  • Act as an office ambassador, greeting guests, sending invitations, sharing parking instructions, and preparing rooms for meetings
  • Assists in maintaining and ordering office supplies and overall organization of the business office
  • Coordinates couriers and notaries, retrieves and sorts mail, and tracks and distributes packages in the office and across brands
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resources and financial data
  • Assists with technology management, including excel and data entry work, maintaining Microsoft Teams organization, financial and employee data input and tracking
  • Works onsite at brands as needed, assisting with office equipment, inventory, mock health-inspections, and paperwork processing
  • Pickup and drop-off between brand locations as needed to assist with marketing and operational supplies

What are the requirements? 

  • 1-3 year(s) of relevant hospitality or business administration experience preferred
  • ​​​​​​​Must have a valid drivers license car to run errands and perform administrative duties
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment calmly and effectively
