Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office/Dispatch assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This will include dispatching two days a week and assisting the head dispatcher and office manager when needed.

Duties:

• Provide general office support including filing, data entry, and document preparation and organization.
• Utilizing company software
• Maintaining a professional attitude
• Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
• Answering phones
• Help customers that are coming into the office
• Assist with maintaining office and common areas
• Dispatch two days a week and other days assist Dispatch manager when needed.
• Other duties as assigned by managers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
