Zywave is Hiring a Remote Salesforce Administrator (Billing) - Remote

Are you skilled in Salesforce administration and have experience with Salesforce Billing? Are you passionate about driving best practice and process improvement? Do you have Salesforce developer skills? Then you could be the Salesforce Administrator the Revenue Operations Technology team is looking for!

You will be part of a growing Revenue Operations Technology team with an emphasis on Salesforce Revenue Cloud (Salesforce Billing focused). You will support the business with current solutions and build out new features and functionality that support sales, product management and finance. You will identify areas of improvement and drive out-of-the-box best practice workflows. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a strategic thinker and an all-around team player.

Factors for Success

  • 3 years of experience with Salesforce Billing configuration and administration (required)
  • 2 years of experience with managing Salesforce MDQ subscription life cycle (required)
  • 3 years of experience with Salesforce Developer suite - Visualforce and Apex fundamentals, Lightning framework, LWC, web services, SOQL (required)
  • Experience with JIRA and Agile Deployment Frameworks (required)
  • Experience with Authorize.net and payment portals (required)
  • Experience with Avalara Tax Software a plus
  • Experience with Sage ERP a plus
  • Experience with Chargify (maxio) a plus
  • Experience with administering a SaaS organization a plus
  • Proven ability to thrive in a remote-first environment
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Certifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (required)
  • Salesforce Billing Certification (required)
  • Salesforce Developer Certification (preferred)
