Our great client in Milwaukee, WI has an immediate contract to hire opening for a Remote Senior Salesforce CRM Developer role. If you are interested please apply with resume to . As a Senior Salesforce Developer and Administrator, you will be a part of the growing CRM Delivery team, building technical solutions on the Salesforce platform to support our Sales and Marketing business strategies. You will play a critical role in analyzing complex business problems and implementing solutions that will support and enhance the functionality of our growing business applications infrastructure. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of customizations, applications, extensions and integrations. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of software engineering concepts and be responsible for working on full lifecycle engineering efforts using Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, and accepted design patterns and practices. Additional responsibilities include: Identify and gather requirements, translating into scalable solutions to address company-wide issues and make processes more efficient while adhering to Salesforce best practices Develop and maintain APEX code, technical documentation, and test classes for all custom development Understanding of Salesforce APIs used to integrate with other systems in the organization Manage all aspects of Salesforce suite of products including Sales Cloud, Salesforce Maps, HVS, Tableau CRM and Inbox Review and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions; implement as needed Management of third-party applications including OwnBackup, InGenius, and Sales Cloud All aspects of user and license management including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules Salesforce configuration changes, including Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed Conduct data loads to Salesforce and data extracts using Salesforce Data Loader System maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer Create reports and dashboards Acts as a leader and regularly coaches others in area of expertise Do you have what it takes? Strong Salesforce product knowledge of Sales Cloud, Salesforce Maps and Tableau CRM with 5 years administrative and development experience Development experience with Lightning Web Components, APEX Classes/Triggers, Visualforce Development experience with REST services, JavaScript, XML, CSS, HTML, SQL Working knowledge of Source Control Management tools (GIT) Strong business acumen with proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented analysis and design Strong knowledge working with relational databases including design, management, transformation, and migration Basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory, SAML, and OAUTH Experience with Marketo application a strong plus You might be a good fit if you like to: Thrive in a collaborative environment Listen to others and help solve their problems Be creative and think outside of the box Work and communicate with others, both technical and non technical Work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities judiciously Have excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills Exhibit superior analytical and problem-solving abilities What you can learn on the job: Mortgage Industry knowledge and terminology Cloud-based technologies EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
