Title : Territory Sales Representative-Building Products

Independent, self-starter with experience in the building supplies industry. Someone with past experience working with and selling to architects and designers within the territory is a requirement.
As the Territory Sales Representative, you will have ownership for maximizing sales and ensuring market penetration with existing accounts, as well as actively pursuing new customers and developing new opportunities.
You will be representing most product lines in the Healthcare and Spaces markets and will include managing appointments and presentations with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end users.
This position is heavily focused on building relationships with architecture and design firms. As you maintain strong relationships across our customer base, you will also gain recognition as an industry resource and product expert.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree required
A good understanding of the construction / bidding process is required
Prior outside sales experience calling in construction or building products
Calling on architects and designers highly preferred
Reside in the St. Louis metro area
Must be a self-starter and organized and recognize the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
Excellent presentation and computer skills.
