Zoom Vibe Cowe are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues they may have. As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and remain loyal to our brand.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customers' inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
Process new customer orders, including taking detailed notes and ensuring accurate entry of information into our CRM system
Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on resolving common problems
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience in a call center or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other technology platforms
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
