Zoom Vibe Cowe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Call Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, answering inquiries, and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to resolve inquiries, complaints, and requests
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or manager
Effectively communicate product information to customers to assist in their purchasing decisions
Update customer profiles and ensure accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
Prior experience in a customer service role or call center environment preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in using customer service software, CRM tools, and other relevant computer applications
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
