ZM Dental, a renowned prosthodontics practice in Tampa, FL, is on the hunt for a friendly and organized bilingual Front Office Dental Receptionist to join our team. We offer a competitive pay range of $18 - $22 per hour and a supportive work environment that values your skills.
This is a part-time position with a schedule of approximately 25-28 hours per week. ZM Dental is conveniently located in Tampa, FL 33618.
YOUR ROLE
As our Front Office Dental Receptionist, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our practice running smoothly. Picture this: you'll be the first friendly face patients see when they walk through our doors, making them feel welcome and at ease. Your day will involve managing patient appointments like a pro, ensuring everyone gets seen on time and avoiding any scheduling snafus. You'll also handle administrative tasks like collecting payments and keeping our records organized. Oh, and did we mention the fantastic communication skills you'll need? You'll be addressing patient inquiries, listening to their concerns, and making sure they leave our office with a smile on their face.
TO ROCK THIS ROLE, HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish for effective communication
- Previous front desk experience in a dental office required
- Must have experience using Opendental Software
