A Community Development District (CDD) Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the operations of a community development district. Administrative Duties:
Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement plans to enhance the community's development and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Meeting Organization: Schedule, coordinate, and attend board meetings, workshops, and public hearings. Prepare agendas, minutes, and other necessary documentation.
Financial Management:
Budgeting: Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to financial guidelines.
Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to the board, stakeholders, and relevant authorities.
Infrastructure Management:
Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of community infrastructure such as roads, parks, drainage systems, and recreational facilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Urban Planning, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Knowledge of Florida CDD laws and regulations preferred.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
