ZIP is Hiring a Marketing Manager, Merchant & Consumer Marketing (B2C) Near Sydney, FL

As a Merchant and Consumer Marketing Manager you will report to the Manager, Consumer and Partner Marketing to support and execute on the annual marketing plan for ANZ. You will be responsible for campaigns and programs that build effective awareness, acquisition and engagement across paid, owned and earned channels including supporting Zips social content strategy. You will also play a key role in shaping how Zip is perceived as a brand overall. 2 Merchant and Consumer Marketing Manager roles are available at the moment.

Interesting problems you’ll get to solve

  • Manage end to end delivery of integrated campaigns and activations inclusive of strategy, execution, measurement and optimisation and consider Zip’s existing customers as well as new customer audiences.
  • Work with Snr Marketing Manager to collaborate with enterprise partners to understand their business objectives and create and execute tailored marketing solutions in line with partner budgets.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide detailed reporting to internal and external stakeholders demonstrating impact of marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals and drive growth in key strategic verticals.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Act as an evangelist for the Zip brand, driving brand education and innovation across the organisation and across customer and partner touchpoints.
  • Partner with the Creative team to develop asset libraries, tools and processes to drive best in class creative executions i.e. channel playbooks, photo libraries, brand asset portal.
  • Build strong relationships internally across creative, CRM, Product and other key marketing stakeholders and represent Zip across industry events and forums
  • Own projects that arise from time to time, maybe across sponsorships, brand activations and brand strategy, or other areas.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 3- 5 years marketing experience and at least 4 years in a similar role 
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder communication skills 
  • Creative flair plus structure. Agency experience is highly regarded and experience working with agencies is required 
  • Ability to bring diverse stakeholders together to solve a problem and synthesise diversity of opinion to drive the right outcome for the business 
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to solving customer and business problems 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives at one time 
  • An ability to prioritise and work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with changing priorities. Requests may come from many areas of the business at short notice 
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a commitment to driving the success of marketing programs, with a strong attention to detail, clarity and accuracy
