As a Senior Marketing Manager, APAC, you will be responsible for the alignment, growth, and expansion of marketing for the APAC region. This role reports to the Senior Director, International Marketing.

As a data-driven, proactive, energetic, and commercially minded leader and collaborator, you will develop and implement regionally focused marketing programs to strengthen our position in key markets in the Asia Pacific region. You will be responsible for building and driving pipeline growth to support the commercial success of Relativity’s APAC business.

You will be challenged with adapting marketing strategies to ensure local relevance, using your knowledge of our customers, personas, and segments to set priorities and inform decision making. You will partner with US and EMEA-based marketing teams, using their capabilities to maximize resources and ensure the brand is consistently represented within APAC.

You are a hands-on experienced marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit that enjoys making an impact. Whilst being a marketing generalist, you will have demonstrable demand generation experience, including digital marketing and events marketing. As an in-region leader, you will have people-management experience in developing and growing talent and role-model Relativity’s core-values.

You are an exceptional collaborator, project manager, and communicator. You work cross-functionally and internationally to bridge global offices and deliver results that positively impact growth goals.

This role is a hybrid role, ideal candidate will be based in Sydney with the flexibility to work in-office and from home.

Your Role in Action

  • Works with sales and marketing leadership to develop regional go-to-market strategies to drive topline, utilization and support commercial goals.
  • Understands APAC markets to produce and deliver integrated marketing plans comprising of campaigns that focus mainly on demand generation, lead acceleration, awareness, and customer marketing; strategically planned around the stages of the customer journey, bringing campaign elements and channels together for a cohesive go-to-market plan.
  • You will have 1 direct report (Senior Field Marketing Specialist, APAC) and your team will be supported by an in-region content marketer to drive regional content strategy across all content types and also working with the Global team to produce assets including but not limited to PR, success stories, white papers, event content, blogs, and social; whilst ensuring all content efforts are connected to marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Works with APAC marketing team to scope, plan, and execute campaign elements with maximum ROI, including in-person and digital events for APAC, paid advertising, organic and paid social. Manages joint marketing relationships with third-party sponsors and vendors to drive in-market awareness and achieve goals.
  • Leverages and amplifies global marketing initiatives to ensure the right message is delivered to the target audience at the regional level; collaborates with US based segment marketing teams on events, speaking engagements, and product marketing for the region.
  • Partners with APAC sales and service delivery to prioritize enablement materials, provide effective sales training and onboarding, and help deliver content and resources that drive growth.
  • Provides in-market support for APAC partners and customers. Identifies opportunities to collaborate, is a key contact for their Relativity marketing efforts, and provides feedback about the customer experience to the broader organization.
  • Assists with annual planning, helping build APAC-focused goals and budget for the region and effectively manages the communication flow of marketing progress, results, and feedback loop
  • Is a vital part of the Relativity Fest Sydney team, shaping and driving the development and execution of Relativity APAC’s inaugural flagship conference, including event development, execution, and audience acquisition campaigns to exceed registration and attendance goals.
  • Measures and reacts to success metrics, performs actionable analysis, and makes data driven decisions to improve outcomes and ROI.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in marketing, digital media or related field, or at least 5-7 years of content management, web project management, graphic design, and/or digital marketing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Marketing leader with experience and vision in demand generation, sales enablement, event and field marketing, content marketing, branding and international marketing experience
  • Cross-functional experience working with remote teams around the world; ability to work flexible hours that at times to accommodate both APAC and EMEA time zones (within reason).
  • Strong written and oral communicator in English for technical and non-technical audiences, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, managing translation and agency vendors.
  • Able to build alignment and drive consensus across a diverse set of stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across multiple geographies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to shift workloads to prioritize competing deadlines effectively.
