• 2 years of experience in an accounting setting, preferably accounts payable
• Assist payables with creating stop payments, assist with wire transfers and mailing checks
• Review contracts for accuracy, audit for missing documents within files, create folders and file as needed
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Great Plains is nice to have
• Must be able to work well within a high-volume, fast-paced environment while adhering to a critical deadline
