This is a full-time position with Talent 101 and is located at our HQ in Addison, Texas. 

Skills/Experience

• 2 - 4 years relative experience in an accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting role beyond data entry
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets from scratch, creating formulas, linking data between spreadsheets and formatting for maximum presentation appeal
• Quickbooks experience is a plus
• Accounting and General Ledger experience
• Excellent verbal and communications skills
• Ability to function independently
• Ability to multi-task
• Deadline oriented
• Organized with attention to detail accuracy required

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Monthly and year-end reporting
• Implement the payroll process
• Invoicing & collections
• A/P & A/R
• Accounting filing/organization of files
• Monthly A/P accruals and A/P adjustments
• Reconciliation
• Other duties as assigned
