Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the dealerships & accounting teams
• Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Post credit card, cash, and check payments
• Breakdown deal folders and file
• Perform final scan after TTL paperwork has been processed
• File deals after scanning and TTL has been completed
• Perform monthly internal accounting audits as assigned by the Office Manager
• Report used vehicle sales to the manufacturer
• Assist with posting manufacturer statements
• Reconcile assigned schedules
• Assist with following up on receivables
• Other tasks assigned as needed

Compensation:

• $20 per hour

Hours:

• This is a full-time position with a fairly flexible schedule.
• Monday thru Friday within our 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM hours. This will be 40 hours a week.
