We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. ```Duties```
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Provide accurate wait times and manage reservations
- Assist in seating guests efficiently and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments using the POS system (experience with Aloha POS is a plus)
- Assist in other food service duties as needed

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service industry practices and procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $300.00 - $800.00 per week

Expected hours: 40 per week
