```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Assist with seating arrangements during peak hours
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to provide excellent customer service

```Experience```
- Previous experience in guest relations, food service, or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
