We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Follow all food safety guidelines

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working as a Server in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide outstanding guest relations and create a positive dining experience
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation management systems is a plus
- Basic culinary knowledge is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to assist with bussing tables or other food service tasks as needed
