In summary, as an HR Generalist managing open enrollment, benefits, payroll, learning and development, and training, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction. You will oversee benefit programs, administer payroll, design and deliver training initiatives, and support employee learning and development activities.
