The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience including commercial foreclosures, asset recovery and workouts, and mortgage defense litigation with strong research, writing and analytical skills. The role will include preparation of pleadings and motions, discovery compliance, depositions, court appearances, trial assistance, and direct client contact. Admission to the New York Bar required.
