• 3-5 years of business litigation experience in State and/or Federal Courts.
• Securities Arbitration experience a plus, including regulatory inquiries/investigations.
• Excellent writing and research skills.
• Experience in oral argument.
• First or second chair experience in depositions.
• Self-starter able to handle one’s own caseload.

Salary range for this job is $135,000 to $180,000 depending on experience.
