The firm also received its seventh consecutive perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index. This is the second consecutive year that the top rated firm has been recognized for environmental law in the Acquisitions International Legal Awards.QualificationsResponsibilitiesPreparation and trial of significant patent matters; work with experts; conduct depositions; technical analysis of products and patents.QualificationsIdeal candidates will have 2 to 3 years of IP Litigation experience and must have a strong educational background, including a JD from a top-tier law school and a B.S. in electrical engineering or an equivalent discipline (e.g., computer science or physics) from a top-tier engineering school. Candidates must be detail oriented and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Admission to the NY bar (or ability to sit for it) is required.
