• Actively engage in leading and directing shared company initiatives, planning, and reporting as a proactive member of the Leadership Team.
• Demonstrate assertiveness in driving successful management strategies and promoting high performance standards while effectively collaborating within a team.
• Review financial and operational performance, implementing action plans to enhance sales, optimize labor, and reduce operational expenses.
• Drive sales and profitability strategy, including the construction and management of annual operating budgets.
• Foster constructive relationships with cross-functional partners to develop and execute merchandising, marketing, and operational strategies, improving market share, vender relationship, and customer experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 5-10 years of multi-unit leadership experience with growing levels of responsibility.
• Experience with CRM Tool
  • Service Titan (preferred)
• Outstanding track record for building a driven organization in a growth-oriented company.
• Ability to think strategically, understand business challenges and formulate effective solutions designed to improve results.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and resolution skills and ability to achieve desired results in a fast-paced, highly competitive, multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations.
• Experience in working with franchises and/or the home HVAC industry is preferred
