Right At Home is Hiring a Home Care Operations Director Near Omaha, NE

Right at Home is looking for a motivated Home Care Operations Director! In this position, you will be contributing to the growth of our company by leading Home Care Branch Directors across the United States. Right at Home is a franchise organization but owns and operates several branches across the US. By leading Branch Directors, you will have a direct impact on client services and revenue across those locations.
Right at Home offers personal care, companion care and specialized nursing services to clients through professional caregivers.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Consistently upholds and demonstrates the Right at Home core values: Authentic, Accountable, Collaborative, Integrity and Approachable
  • Set and manage strategy for all company owned locations (up to 10 locations of varying sizes)
  • Manages an ongoing, ever-evolving, diverse project portfolio
  • Sets and manages expectations for branch staff and leadership to ensure client marketing, caregiver hiring and day-to-day operations are executed on appropriately
  • Manages budget for all company owned locations by shifting dollars and making business decisions as necessary
  • Anticipates impacts on current operating procedures and takes steps to address
  • Proactively mitigates roadblocks, challenges, or complications within the business
  • Creates communication and change management plans
  • Ensures business goals are met and completed on time, on budget, and within scope
  • Sets timelines, minimizes delays, and develops alternate business plans
  • Works closely with the Chief Operations Officer to set goals and report on each business as a separate entity
  • Presents to executive team members on performance of each business
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned
Successful candidates will have:
  • B.A. in Business Administration or equivalent years of work experience
  • MBA preferred
  • 7 years experience, specifically related to home care operations
  • 5 years experience in leadership (managing leaders remotely preferred)
  • Previous franchise support experience preferred
  • Communicate effectively in formal and informal 1:1 settings and group settings
  • Easily articulate vision and standards
  • Observe the opinions, feelings, and needs of people
  • Analyze situations and interactions in-depth with intent of anticipating outcomes
  • Think and function effectively at macro and micro levels of operation
  • Translate needs, ideas, and visions into actions, assets, communications, or tactics
  • Exhibit dynamism, enthusiasm, and charisma
  • Flex to new pressures caused by change, strategy, or new priorities
  • Identify growth opportunities to transform a situation to positively impact the Strategic Vision
