Why is this a great opportunity? 

The Supplier Management Specialist supports the development, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the Supplier Performance Management structure, tools, processes, and procedures. They will work collaboratively with key stakeholders in Procurement, Projects, Engineering, Quality, Legal, and field teams to create a process to measure and optimize supplier lifecycle performance, relationship health, and business value consistently across the supply chain. During the early maturity of the Supplier Performance Management discipline, the role will be responsible for building the capability, leading the organization through change as well as operating effectively in a large matrixed environment to influence supplier management strategies, build and maintain performance management tool kits, and assist in the development of risk mitigation plans for Zachry’s key supplier relationships.
