Objectives of this Role:

• Help lead and execute R&D contracts for government clients.
• Manage projects that are working on challenging new technical problems.
• Work independently and in project-team environments.
• Develop new business areas with customers.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of projects and/or current challenges that are designing, building, debugging, and implementing networked systems, peripheral solutions, and software modules at varying levels of integration.
• Interface with engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure requirements of the system are successfully achieved in a timely manner.
• Write proposals and bid project efforts.
• Communicate with customers to develop project requirements.
• Work rapidly and professionally as we perform agile applied engineering ending in prototype systems that are often one-of-a-kind.

Requirements:

• Requires a Bachelors in Operational Studies, Business, or related with related experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Active government TS/SCI security clearance required
• 10 years: Technical team leadership and/or Project management experience related to signal intelligence or related technologies
• 10 years: Experience acting as a liaison in a defense environment and interfacing with potential clients
• Experience providing best practices and guidance/training to meet customer needs related to project timelines and related
• A valid/clear driver's license is required
