Job Summary
On the Process Transformation and Change Management team, this role will support process analysis and change management activities for cross-functional and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role will utilize business analysis and change management methodologies and best practices to collaborate with internal business stakeholders to effectively support:

• identifying, documenting, and analyzing business needs /requirements that will be the foundation for modern technology implementations.
• facilitating activities that will enable the organization to own and effectively drive adoption, usage, and proficiency of new modern technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have recent experience in business process management and/or change management work on technology implementation projects.
Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies, researches, and resolves issues proactively.
• Works collaboratively; must have comfortability working across hierarchy and different functional teams.
• Expected to maintain a general understanding of Zachry's various business groups / departments.
• Meets with internal business partners to gather and document current business requirements; maps and analyzes end-to-end business processes as part of overall documentation.
• Supports solution enhancement strategy conversations to document future state success criteria, risk assessment summary and business scope boundaries that will help build the proposal for the technology project.
• May lead cross functional teams in application of change management and business analysis methodology and tools to define and scope change initiatives to achieve strategic objectives of the business.
• Collaborates and consults with project team to understand and document business process and user changes for impact analysis.
• Works with appropriate technical resources to understand system functionality and business process change impacts in order to translate and communicate effectively to impacted employees.
• Collaborate and consult with business subject matter experts and the employee communication team to develop key project communications using project key/value messages to spread stakeholder awareness & gain buy-in to the project.
• Collaborate and consult with business subject matter experts and the learning and development team to develop the training strategy and plan.
• Effectively communicates and updates project team on change activities.

Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business analysis, change management or relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to pass a post-offer background check, including a drug screen

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, email, use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension. May be required to lift, carry and move objects safely. Must possess a vision (corrected or uncorrected) that allows for clear visibility from a distance of 20 inches or less.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work will be in a professional, "buttoned-up" corporate office environment operating and functioning at a fast pace. Our corporate campus includes an on-site caf with various daily breakfast, lunch and snack-time selections, a sizeable fitness center equipped with various state of the art workout equipment & weights, outdoor walking/jogging-path, herb garden, basketball half-court, sand-volleyball court, soccer field, as well as a clinic with a certified nurse practitioner. Working out of cubicles. Noise levels will be low to moderate, but mainly low with cube neighbors' phone-calls, conversations and/or laughter. You can expect people to treat you with respect and friendliness throughout the campus.
