Yuba Community College District is Hiring a Human Resources Analyst Near Yuba, CA

Location: District Office - Yuba City, CA
Job Description:Position Highlights:
Under direction, performs complex and varied analytical, professional, and confidential work required to administer human resources programs, including recruitment and selection, job analysis and classification, compensation, training and development, employee and labor relations, equal employment opportunity, and other special human resources programs; performs research and analysis; provides consulting services to District departments related to all aspects of human resources programs and activities; and performs related duties as assigned.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Over the summer the schedule changes to Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Friday off.
Essential Duties Summary:
Complete application packets will be accepted until the position(s) is filled. Those received by May, 1, 2023, are assured consideration. The District reserves the right to extend time limits or reinitiate the recruitment/selection process at any point.

1. Education Code 87408.6 states that no person shall be initially employed by a community college district in an academic or classified position unless the person has submitted to an examination within the past sixty (60) days to determine that he/she/they is free of active tuberculosis.
2. As a condition of employment, the position you are applying for will require that you provide fingerprints to the local police department. The fee charged by the Department of Justice (DOJ) for the fingerprint report is the employees responsibility.
