  YouTube Shopping Partner Engineering and Operations is a global team responsible for establishing and scaling Merchant Operations for the success and growth of the YouTube Shopping Program.

  In this role, you will drive creator and merchant success through reliable integration of the YouTube Shopping Platform with the E-Commerce ecosystem. You'll engage with partners, design solutions, and integrate the platform with leading e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and affiliate networks

  You will help engineer processes to build tools and services to drive process maturity for scaled operations for on-boarding and support of creators, brands, and merchants. You'll provide technical consults and data insights to the business team, and drive platform maturity by advocating for the E-Commerce ecosystem in close collaboration with Product and Engineering.

  The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,500-$125,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams in Product, Business, Partner, and Software Engineering to strategize and develop new programs to translate technical processes into scaled workflows.
  • Define and lead operational workflows to drive critical decisions, and create alignment on strategy and resourcing needs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes to address business needs, re-engineer processes to improve efficiency and partner satisfaction, and operationalize solutions in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners. Lead the delivery of processes with support from vendor partners.
  • Promote operational excellence and productivity. Collaborate with Product, Business, Engineering, and Operations to align on requirements and advance standardization, optimization, and automation for organizational maturity.
  • Communicate risks and challenges to business stakeholders and present solutions.
