As a Web Solutions Engineering Manager, you will lead the team that provides business systems for the YouTube Partnerships organization. Your work enables our partnership teams to provide strategic, outcomes-focused insights for our YouTube creators. Outcomes of the team keep the YouTube business organization nimble, able to understand partner needs and innovate accordingly. You will be part of a leadership team driving engineering excellence, setting systems strategy, and delivering on roadmap commitments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
