What you’ll do

As a CHEQ Technical Consultant in the Professional Services organization, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of our relationship with some of the largest companies in North America and Europe. You will be expected to architect, design, develop, and test solutions as defined by customer’s daily tasks and strategic projects. As a member of the Professional Services team, you will be expected to collaborate across departments including Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Management to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple customers on several implementation projects and provide ad-hoc support for bespoke solutions.
• Support customers remotely and on-site as the technical expert to provide guidance and best practices in adapting our technology to their processes.
• Architect, design, develop, and test solutions toward customer’s daily tasks and strategic projects.
• Provide advanced technical support for customers with custom implementations.
• Be a technical expert not only in CHEQ products, but in all aspects of MarTec such as digital advertising, analytics, website design & security, and personalization.
• Create custom solutions that can be reused for other CHEQ customers.
• Write technical documentation for internal and external purposes.

Desired skills and experience

• 2 years of experience in MarTech solutions such as tag management, analytics, customer data platforms, and/or conversion optimization.
• Experience in a tag management system such as Ensighten, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc.
• Experience using an enterprise analytics tool such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
• Knowledgeable in website security features such as. Content-Security Policies (CSP), CORS, XSS, etc.
• Ability to explain strategy and concepts to executives, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
• Proven communication and presentation skills including.
• History of translating business requirements into technical requirements and creating implementation guides.

Nice to haves

• Understanding of the MarTech landscape and how different SaaS tools are used to achieve different outcomes.
• Experience in a Professional Services or Sales Engineering team.
• Expert JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience dealing with Fortune 500 companies.
• Experience with iOS and/or Android App development (Swift, Java, and/or React).
• History of articulating and presenting information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Be able to liaise with customer vendors and/or agencies to deliver projects.
• Knowledge of BI and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Big Query, Looker, Looker studio, Google Data studio, Power BI, etc.).

The base pay range for this position is $80K-$100K per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
