As a Marketing Intelligence Analyst at CHEQ, you will play a critical role in providing insights and data-driven solutions to support our Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams. You'll be responsible for analyzing data related to fraudulent activity to our clients' Go-to-Market attack surfaces, creating actionable insights, and presenting them in a clear and visually appealing manner. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success.


Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to highlight trends of invalid traffic across client domains
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Success, Product, R&D, and Data, to leverage data-driven insights and support decision-making processes
  • Create client-facing PowerPoint presentations summarizing client website data highlighting.
  • Use data visualization techniques to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders
  • Present findings to cross-functional teams, including Customer Success & Sales
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CHEQ’s solutions
  • Explore and implement methods to scale your output (VBA macros, Python scripting, and other relevant tools)
  • Collaborate with cyber-security experts to understand challenges, threat types, and industry trends faced by clients
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence experts to identify opportunities to scale and automate data analysis and reporting processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or cybersecurity context
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and programming languages like Python/VBA a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner
  • Experience with marketing analytics a plus (e.g., experience with SEO analytics, paid media analysis, etc.)
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Willingness to learn about cybersecurity and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills


The base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
