Essential Duties

Responsibilites include but are not limited to the following:

• Supporting the DTAS Practice Leader, with overall responsibility for deploying leading tools, templates, and techniques for our project teams as well as scope, budgets, and timelines for all DTAS client engagements
• Establishing and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs and KPMs) for client engagements and team delivery, in order to maximize utility of project teams
• Ensuring all consultants are sufficiently trained and have access to all relevant methodologies, tools, templates, and techniques
• Drive resource allocation for active and future engagements, while managing the pipeline of potential opportunities.
• Support the DTAS Practice Leader in all aspects of business analysis 
• Serving as the business systems administrator for PKFOD’s project management software and supporting tools
• Serve a business analyst on client engagements as needed

Qualifications

• BS degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant field of study
• 8-10 years of system or database development experience
• Working knowledge of Python and AI tools required
• Reporting writing skills such as Power BI or SQL required
• Advisory Services experience preferred
• Certified project management professional (PMP) a plus
• Technically oriented - IT business analyst experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flawless ability to present complex data and information, simply and clearly, to multiple levels of management, in order to enable managers and leaders to make timely and effective business decisions
• Collaborative team player with emotional intelligence, a sense of fun, and the ability to earn credibility and build relationships across a diverse group of internal stakeholders and outside partners
• Exceptional level of discipline, integrity and a strong sense of accountability for performance and driving results
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office and Project Management Software
• Experience with ERP solutions a plus
• High attention to detail and accuracy

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, office location as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
