Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing global and cross-functional projects, with excellent project management skills.
• Knowledge of YouTube partners and creator ecosystems, YouTube scaled service and support operations, and the competitive contexts in which partners operate.
• Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced evolving team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to structure a compelling story-line and build presentation decks/documents to support a position.
• Excellent business, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

As a Strategic Planning Associate you will lead, launch, and land global, strategic, and operational project work streams to help the organization be more effective with annual OKR planning, budget management, and investment framework development. You will work with cross-functional teams to push projects forward and drive recommendations through to implementation.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

• Solve cross-functional problems to drive impact for YouTube Business.
• Develop comprehensive strategies that solve business challenges and address the needs of stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth.
• Conduct data analysis and develop insights to help leadership identify opportunities and own executive-level presentations (e.g., quarterly business reviews, etc.).
• Identify tools, processes, and automation that will improve processes, develop, and implement them in partnership with product leads or other functions.
